steel, high-quality wire rod, high-end plate steel, and specialty steel, we will intensify efforts to promote the upgrading of industrial infrastructure and modernization of the industrial chain,
enhance comprehensive competitiveness, and strive to build a world-class high-quality steel base.
② Promote the equipment manufacturing industry to move towards "high-end and cluster development". The equipment manufacturing industry is the industry with the highest correlation
to the steel industry. Qian'an boasts hundreds of equipment manufacturing and supporting enterprises, including 35 above-scale steel, equipment manufacturing, and supporting enterprises.
The varieties of wire, bar, profile, plate, and tube are complete, with a casting capacity of 1.795 million tons. All production raw materials can be sourced locally, forming a well-established

③ Promote the hydrogen energy industry to move towards "clustering and full-chain development". Under the guidance of the national dual-carbon strategy and energy revolution,
we rely on our abundant industrial by-product hydrogen resources and diverse application scenarios to actively plan the development of the entire hydrogen production, storage,
transportation, refueling, and application industry chain. Currently, the Zhongrong Technology natural gas hydrogen production and Jiujiang coal hydrogen production expansion
projects have been completed and put into operation, with the city's hydrogen production capacity exceeding 15,000 tons, making it the largest hydrogen production base in
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Three hydrogen refueling stations have been built and put into use, 914 hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks have been gradually deployed,
and the scale of "zero-carbon transportation" ranks first at the county level nationwide. Ruiwei hydrogen fuel cell engines have been successfully supplied to FAW Jiefang and Xuzhou Heavy

Based on the industrial structure of our city, where the steel industry serves as the leading sector, our city's import and export products primarily revolve around the import of bulk
raw materials required by the steel industry and the export of steel products. Imports of steel raw materials such as iron ore (powder) and coal amounted to 18.356 billion yuan,
accounting for 99.83% of the total import value; exports of steel products such as electrical steel, strip steel, coil, steel pipe, and galvanized sheet totaled 2.97 billion yuan,
representing 88.3% of the total export value. Other export products include sanitary ceramics, paper packaging boxes, paper products, balloons, testing reagents, and other products.

Its non-oriented silicon steel has consistently ranked first globally in terms of output for six consecutive years as a single factory. In the home appliance sector, it holds a 49% market share,
and its silicon steel for air conditioning compressors holds the world's largest market share. Its high-end products of 0.20mm and below in oriented silicon steel have secured the top
domestic market share for two consecutive years. These high-end oriented silicon steel products are widely used in national key projects such as the Three Gorges Baihetan Hydropower

11. Qian'an Hengmao New Material Co., Ltd.: Qian'an Hengmao New Material Co., Ltd. was established on January 29, 2022, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. The company has
newly established the "Annual Production of 200,000 Tons of Photovoltaic Glass Anti-mildew Packaging New Material Project", located in the Qian'an High-tech Industrial Development
Zone, and is jointly invested and constructed by Qian'an Hengmao Paper Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Jianfa Pulp and Paper Group Co., Ltd. The project covers a total area of 299.96 acres and a
total construction area of 117,608.01 square meters. It will be constructed in two phases, with a total of four production lines for photovoltaic glass anti-mildew packaging new materials,
as well as related supporting paper-making workshops, pulp-making workshops, finished product warehouses, pulp board warehouses, mechanical maintenance workshops, etc. The total
investment for the project is 1.15 billion yuan. After reaching full capacity, the annual sales revenue will be 1.97 billion yuan, with an annual profit of 330 million yuan.
The company's first production line for photovoltaic glass anti-mildew packaging paper PM1 was put into operation in December 2024, with a monthly production capacity of around
6,000 tons. In January and February 2025, the production reached over 7,000 tons. The company has successfully supplied large glass manufacturers such as Xinyi, Kibing, Fulai Te, and
Xinfuxing, and received positive feedback from customers. The company's ongoing cogeneration project is scheduled to be put into operation in July 2025. Once the project is operational,

Founded in 1986, Hengmao Paper, a shareholder of our company, has been dedicated to the glass packaging paper industry for nearly 40 years. Specializing in the production of high-grade
automotive glass insulation paper, our company has been the largest supplier of glass packaging paper to Fuyao Glass in Fujian for over two decades. We hold two invention patents for
key technologies related to "photovoltaic glass moldproof interleaving paper". Since 2006, our chairman, Wang Jianquan, has served as the primary drafter of the "Industry Standard for
Solar Photovoltaic Glass Moldproof Paper" (JC/T 1008-2018) for two consecutive terms. The patented technology of our products ensures a moldproof effect for at least six months during
the rainy season in the south, and allows for long-term preservation in autumn and winter.
The company has been producing photovoltaic glass anti-mildew paper for over ten years. Apart from China Building Materials Kaisheng New Energy, the company has always been the
largest supplier to large glass groups such as Xinyi Glass, Fulai Glass, Qibin Group, China Southern Glass, and Xinfuxing Glass, with a market share exceeding 80%. The company continues
to develop the international market. In 2024, it has shipped large quantities of products to Vietnam and Malaysia, and shipments to Indonesia and Türkiye will be made in the first half of
